Mission Statement
Our Catholic faith and Christian values form the basis of everything that we do. The core purpose of our school is described by three core aims that we have for all in our community: to inspire, to achieve and to serve.

At JFK we aim to inspire all in our community to be their best. We strive to:
- Maintain a school which is a friendly, happy and welcoming community, typified by mutual respect and relationships rooted in Jesus’ ‘Golden Rule’
- Maintain a school where staff and students share a sense of purpose
- Encourage all to aim high, be resilient and rise to challenges, knowing that any obstacle can be overcome with faith and determination
- Provide teaching that engages, motivates, and develops our students as confident, skilled learners
- Ensure that our students enjoy their schooldays and feel valued as individual members of a community inspired by the teachings of Christ
- Employ expert teachers with a passion for education, who will act as role models
- Develop students who will inspire others by their example, both in the school and the wider community.

At JFK we aim for the greatest possible achievement for all.
- We will help every member of the school community to discern the person that God has called them to be
- We aim to draw out the potential in each person in our search for excellence
- We will provide opportunities that will help our staff and students to be the best that they can be in terms of their academic and personal development
- We will help our students to gain the qualifications that will prepare them for their next steps in education or training and open doors for their future
- We will walk together on our spiritual journeys, supporting students’ well-being and enriching their schooldays with extra-curricular activities.

At JFK, following the example of Christ, who came to serve and not to be served, we aim to develop in our students a commitment to being of service to others. This will prepare them for their role as responsible adult citizens of the future.
This involves our students making a difference by:
- Being active members of the community, ready to give of their time
- Showing compassion for the poor and needy by supporting charitable works in our local communities and overseas.
