Sixth Form Dress Code

This code aims to enable students to wear clothing they are comfortable in, and yet are appropriate for a working environment.

Rather than stipulate what students should wear, it provides freedom for students to choose their clothing and at the same time remain smartly dressed, as for office work, as they are an example to the younger students.

On the occasions when students represent the school they are expected to dress professionally, and according to the situation.

Students who dress inappropriately will be required to change immediately, either at home or in school - if necessary school uniforms will be provided in Student Services.

The decision as to what clothing is inappropriate will be decided by the Director of Sixth Form, based on this list and is non-negotiable.
